Kate Fowle was the founding chair of the Graduate Program in Curatorial Practice. She was also codirector of smith + fowle, an independent partnership specializing in commissioning and curating contemporary art. Her exhibitions have included Shelf Life for Gasworks Gallery, London, and Three: Art Projects for Social Exchange for Kent Institute of Art and Design. Fowle is a regular contributor to Contemporary, Artists Newsletter, and other publications.
